These terms govern your use of MailRambo (www.mailrambo.com), including the website, dashboard, public API, SDKs, integrations and the MailRambo plugin for ChatGPT. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MailRambo checks email addresses for deliverability and quality. Fast screening checks syntax, likely domain typos, disposable providers and mail-server (MX) records; it does not confirm that a mailbox exists. Full verification asks our verification provider whether a mailbox can receive mail. Results are best-effort technical signals, not a guarantee of delivery or inbox placement, and never proof of a person's identity, ownership of an address or consent to be contacted.
You must give accurate account information and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account, including requests made through API keys and connected apps such as ChatGPT. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Full verifications use credits from your plan or credit packs. Monthly plans renew each billing cycle and their credits reset at the start of each cycle; credit packs do not expire. Fast screening, invalid-syntax answers, repeat checks of the same address within 24 hours and balance lookups are free. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.
The ChatGPT plugin is for existing MailRambo customers. It only works after you sign in on mailrambo.com and approve the connection. It can screen addresses, run full checks and show your plan and balance; it cannot send email, buy credits or change your plan. Full checks use your own credits and are limited to the number of full-check attempts you approve when connecting (0 to 10 per connection; 0 blocks full checks). A connection lasts up to 30 days and you can revoke it at any time. ChatGPT is operated by OpenAI under its own terms; we are not responsible for how ChatGPT interprets or presents results.
Only check addresses you have a legitimate reason to check, such as your own signups, customers or contacts. Do not use MailRambo to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to harvest or guess addresses, to harass anyone, to probe systems you are not authorised to test, to resell the service without our agreement, or to break any law or third-party right. Do not try to bypass rate limits, credit limits, connection limits or other safeguards.
We may suspend or close accounts, API keys or ChatGPT connections that breach these terms, threaten the service or create legal risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
